Our Mission

Our mission is to deliver high-quality courses for solving specific classes of problems.

Our Pedagogy

Our pedagogy is a blend of algorithmic learning and mastery learning.

What is Algorithmic Learning?

In algorithmic learning, the world view of a student is that every type of problem can be solved by a particular algorithm. Such a student learns purposefully by identifying problem types, crafting algorithms, and continuously refining them.

Our courses are built on algorithmic learning. We present different classes of problems and their corresponding algorithms, to save the time of students who are already utilising algorithmic learning, and to demonstrate the power of such a model to students who have not found an appropriate learning model.

By doing so, we hope that students can continue using algorithmic learning beyond the context of examinations, for any skill they may wish to acquire and for any repetitive problem they may need to solve.

What is Mastery Learning?

In mastery learning, students must master foundational concepts before moving on to acquire knowledge that is based on that foundation.

Our courses utilise mastery learning. We set targets for students to clear in each question type, to ensure that students master each concept and question type before moving on.

By doing so, we ensure that no stone is left unturned, and no knowledge gap is left unfilled.

What is a Tutlet?

A Tutlet is a video that is focused on teaching an algorithm to solve a particular class of problems, on top of explaining the relevant concepts.

We use Tutlets as our primary form of academic instruction.
